Transportation
Willcox Playa is located a few miles south of Willcox, Arizona. The easiest way to reach it is by car. From Willcox, take Highway 186 south. Turn west onto a dirt road (unmarked, but often used). Follow the dirt road until you reach the edge of the playa. Be aware that the road conditions can vary depending on recent rainfall. High-clearance vehicles are recommended, especially after wet weather.
